​① 하늘에서 흰색 꽃이 머리 위로 내려옵니다. 

Imagine the flower of white light descending from heaven and gently landing on the crown of your head.

② 생각으로 머리에 쏘옥 집어넣고 주문을 읽으면 빛꽃이 온몸으로 분화됩니다.

Then, this flower enters your head. Let us now chant a mantra and divide the flower into countless smaller flowers throughout your body.

③ 몸의 근육, 뼈, 세포, 양자 단위까지 무수히 많은 작은 꽃이 분화됩니다.

Numerous light flowers divide in the body's muscles, bones, cells, and quantum units.

④ 온몸의 빛꽃을 다시 모아서 한 송이 꽃으로 합쳐서 머리로 가져오면 머리 위로 빼냅니다.

Bring together all the flowers in your body and send them to your head.

Merge them with the original flower and then send this flower to the crown of your head.

​① 하늘에서 빨간색 빛꽃과 파란색 빛꽃이 머리 위에 있는 흰색 빛꽃으로 내려앉습니다.

The flowers of red and blue light are now descending from heaven and they gently land on the white flower.

② 세 송이 빛꽃을 머리에 쏘옥 집어넣고 주문을 읽으면 온몸에서 분화합니다.

Bring the three flowers into your head, and then divide them into smaller and smaller flowers

​③ 몸의 근육, 뼈, 세포, 양자 단위까지 무수히 많은 빛꽃이 분화됩니다.

Third, the light explodes throughout your body.
